A beautiful handmade abstract art piece. 40cmx40cm (approx) on wood.
This piece consists of two layers, a large light blue and green watercolour base and resin layer with an overlay of plaster on top. This is perfect juxtaposition of smooth and glossy and rough and matte, making it a very interesting and visually impacting work of art.
There is added silver leaf to the plaster which flows onto the colour beneath, catching the light beautifully.
I found this piece very soothing to both create and look at, inspired by my trip to Norway and the stunning fjords.
Comes ready to hang, each design is unique and one of a kind, the perfect addition or gift to any home.
